We have personally known many friends and relatives who have tried to save money by selling their house without the aid of a real estate agent and it always backfired. The house took much longer to sell so they had to carry the mortgage, (sometimes double mortgage because they had already bought a new house), and after much haggling with possible clients and their real estate agents, they ended up using an agent at the end. They should have done that in the first place and saved themselves the time, trouble and aggravation. We were very happy with Nancy's help. She helped us find the ideal house when we were looking for a house to buy and she helped us sell our house in just a few days when some friends and family members were saying it could take months.
